Q. Will I receive a proof?
A. Yes, every order will receive FREE FULL COLOR PROOF. Even if you have already designed your banner we will still send you a proof. No production will start until we receive an approval. This way we make sure we are producing the banner you are expecting to receive.
Q. Can I see the price of my banner prior to ordering?
A. Yes, all you need to do is complete the calculator on the Your Banner Design or Custom Banner Design page.
To do this all you need to do is type in the size of the banner you are looking for. Note the calculator is in inches that way you can have the exact size banner that will work for you.
If your wanting a mesh banner click the box next to mesh banner if not it will default to a traditional banner.
Then put in the quantity of banners you are looking for from 1 to as many as you need.
Once you have the calculator completed click on the Calculate button. Below the button the unit cost and extended cost will show you how much your banner or banners will cost.
To see how the reduction in unit cost try typing larger quantities and see the unit cost per banner go lower. There is can as much as a 40% DISCOUNT on the large quantity banner orders.
Q. Can I get a Double Sided banner?
A. Yes,
To get a double sided banner you just need to double the quantity and let us know in the comment section that you want your banner double sided.
Q. Can I get a discount if I order more than 1 of the same banner?
A. Yes. The pricing is designed to give discounts on additional banners of the same size and design. The larger the quantity the better the discount. There is can as much as a 40% DISCOUNT on the large quantity banner orders.

Q. What is your sq ft cost for banners?
A. The cost for vinyl banners as well as the posters & decals are all priced by the square foot. That is why if you order more than one of the same vinyl banner you will see that the unit cost of the banner may of gone down.
Q. I don’t like using my credit card on the Internet, can I order by phone or fax?
A. ABSOLUTELY! We use PayPal and Authorize.net, two very large, reputable, third party credit card processors who provides our clients with the highest level of security on line.

Q. Will the printed banner look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?
A. Yes, the layout will be exactly like what you see on the proof. However, everyone has their monitor setting different and the colors may be a little different.
Q. How do I store my banner?
A. Keep the banner rolled up in the box it was shipped in. However, keep the banner out of extreme heat like in the trunk of your car and NEVER fold the banner.
Q. Can you match my colors?
A. Yes, just give us the PMS number for the color you want us to match.
Q. What is Vector Art?
A. Vector art is line art. Easiest way to describe it is it looks like a kids coloring book. All the images have outlines. These outlines allow us to resize your image without distorting it.
Q. How do I get sales tax removed from my order?
A. If you are a non-profit organization and are tax exempt. Please fax your State of Missouri Exemption from Missouri Sales and Use Tax form to (816) 436-8910. Also provide your name and phone number so that we can call you to remove the sales tax from our order.
Q. Can I order other products?
A. Yes. We can put digital decals on all types of materials. Such as foamcore, pvc, coro, aluminum, wood, just to name a few. Q. What is a Mesh Banner?
A. A Mesh banner has holes in the banner allowing the wind to flow through the banner. These banners are a good choice when installing in a windy area.
Q. Do the banner have wind slits in them?
A. NO, we can put wind slits in upon your request. Wind slits are used to allow the wind to flow through the banner in very windy areas. You may also want to check out our mesh banners. They are also very good in windy areas.
Q. What are Wind Slits?
A. Wind slits are the half circle shapes you see in banners. They allow the wind to flow through the banner better. If you would like wind slits in your banner please let us know in the comment section while ordering your banner.
Q. Can I get pole pockets in my banner?
A. Yes, you just need to let us know where the pole pocket(s) need to be and the size of the pole.
